Shipping Information

We process all orders within 3–5 business days. Because many of our pieces are made to order and personalized just for you, please allow additional time for customization before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods. Ore & Oat is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized & Custom Orders

Because our pieces are made specifically for you — engraved, embroidered, or otherwise personalized — personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If your personalized order arrives with a defect or an error in the customization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at oreandoat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at oreandoat@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
